Procurement Specialist - Indirect

* Sydney CBD * 6 Month Contract | Up to $950 Per day + Super * Financial Services company

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide strategic procurement and category plans that leverage suppliers to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Lead the development of corporate category-related policies, processes and controls.
• Collaborate with team members to develop category-specific sourcing strategies and support the delivery of sourcing engagements, including contributing to the go to market process (RFx), negotiation and contract execution.
• Prepare, execute and manage supplier agreements
• Contribute to the overarching management of all contractual and commercial aspects of category-related suppliers.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

About You:

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Procurement or another relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in Indirect procurement and category management.
• Strong understanding of financial services.
• Excellent communication & engagement skills
