Industrial Facilities Manager

* North Melbourne * Permanent Contract | $135k+ Super + Bonus * Distribution Centre

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day FM operations, maintenance, risk & compliance
• Ensure site/assets meet safety and regulatory standards
• Manage FM contractors and maintenance works
• Complete regular site/property inspections
• Procure and manage site services & contracts
• Provide technical and maintenance support to site teams
• Manage OPEX budgets & forecasting

About You:

• Previous onsite Facilities Management experience
• Experience managing hard & soft services
• Strong contractor & vendor management
• Knowledge of automation, refrigeration & fire systems
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical & hydraulic systems
• Strong compliance / Australian Standards knowledge
• Industrial, engineering or trade background preferred
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, onsite environment
