Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment.

This role will play a critical part in driving technology transformation projects across retail, supply chain, customer, operational and enterprise systems. Working across business and technology workstreams, you will be responsible for managing project delivery from initiation through to implementation, ensuring outcomes are aligned to business objectives and delivered with minimal disruption to operations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, vendors and implementation partners to coordinate delivery activities, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful adoption of new technology capabilities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects across multiple business and operational domains.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery activities across business, technology and vendor teams.
• Manage projects involving enterprise applications, retail systems, supply chain platforms, integrations and business process improvements.
• Oversee technical delivery streams including system integrations, APIs, data flows, interfaces and platform connectivity.
• Facilitate project governance activities, including steering committees, status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Manage and coordinate third-party vendors, implementation partners and system integrators.
• Ensure project deliverables are aligned to business requirements, technical standards and operational objectives.
• Work closely with architects, developers and technical SMEs to manage technical dependencies and implementation risks.
• Support testing, business readiness, deployment and transition into operational support.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across multiple workstreams and business functions.
• Ensure project outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex technology programs within large enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end technology implementations, transformation initiatives or business-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, system integrations, data flows, APIs, cloud platforms and technology delivery practices.
• Experience managing multiple project streams, competing priorities and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Experience working with external vendors, implementation partners and system integrators.
• Sound knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management and delivery methodologies.
• Ability to identify and manage technical dependencies, project risks and implementation challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.

Highly Regarded

• Experience delivering projects across retail, supply chain, logistics, inventory management or customer-facing platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise applications, ERP, POS, inventory, planning or replenishment systems.
• Experience leading integration-focused projects involving APIs, middleware, cloud applications and data platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps or similar project delivery platforms.
• Experience working within large-scale transformation or digital modernisation programs.
