Business Analyst - UKG

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, validate and document business requirements related to rostering and time & attendance
• Analyse workforce metrics including labour spend, budgets, forecasts and productivity performance
• Develop current and future state process maps, identifying improvement opportunities
• Work in partnership with stakeholders across sites and business units to enhance processes and drive efficiencies
• Convert business needs into practical solution options, supported by clear recommendations
• Assess risks, issues and potential business impacts arising from proposed changes
• Produce functional specifications and assist with implementation delivery
• Identify and track cost-saving initiatives while improving workforce planning outcomes
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way
• Deliver meaningful reporting and insights to stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to senior leadership

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within large-scale or multi-site organisations
• Strong background in rostering and time & attendance systems (experience with UKG is highly regarded)
• Good understanding of Australian employment legislation and workforce compliance requirements
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in process mapping, data analysis and requirements documentation
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands
• Experience producing detailed artefacts such as process flows, data models and test scripts
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly address challenges
