An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change Manager to play a pivotal role in a large-scale digital transformation programme within the maintenance sector. This initiative is designed to harness modern technology and significantly enhance processes and user experiences for an extensive user base of approximately 30,000 individuals.

What you'll do:

As a Change Manager within this high-impact digital transformation programe, you will immerse yourself in both the strategic vision and hands-on delivery required to drive meaningful change across maintenance operations. Your day-to-day activities will centre around engaging directly with users, listening attentively to their needs through structured interviews, facilitating dynamic workshops, and ensuring their feedback shapes every stage of solution development.

You will act as a vital bridge between technical teams and operational staff, translating requirements into accessible digital tools that genuinely improve workflows. By championing user adoption and supporting the rollout of innovative technologies such as AI-enabled platforms, you will help create an environment where continuous improvement is embedded in daily practice. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to foster collaboration, deliver tangible outcomes, and adapt seamlessly within an ever-evolving landscape.

  • Lead user engagement initiatives by conducting concise interviews to capture pain points and gather valuable feedback from a wide range of users.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops and stakeholder sessions to ensure all voices are heard and insights are integrated into solution development.
  • Drive adoption of new digital tools by building trust and fostering open communication between technical teams and end-users.
  • Collaborate closely with design and development teams to feed real-time user insights directly into the creation of effective solutions.
  • Support the development of websites and digital interfaces using platforms such as SharePoint, ensuring they meet operational requirements.
  • Partner with business units to translate complex requirements into practical digital solutions that enhance day-to-day operations.
  • Champion the integration of AI-enabled tools and custom site development to future-proof maintenance processes.
  • Track progress meticulously, monitor outcomes, and report on key milestones to ensure successful delivery against programme objectives.
  • Operate comfortably within evolving or ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on results.
  • Engage regularly with client-facing stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills to build rapport and foster collaboration.

Next Steps:

We are looking for a candidate who can start with an immediate to 1 week notice. There is a requirement to be in a workshop on site on 14th -16th July based in Perth.
