Senior Strategy & Continuous Improvement Specialist

The Opportunity
Reporting into the Continuous Improvement leadership team, you'll work across the organisation to identify improvement opportunities, develop enterprise frameworks, facilitate strategic workshops, and deliver initiatives that improve efficiency, capability and business performance.
You'll partner with senior executives and key stakeholders to ensure improvement initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance enterprise-wide continuous improvement frameworks and methodologies.
- Lead strategic reviews to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities.
- Deliver complex business improvement initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Facilitate workshops that drive collaboration, problem solving and stakeholder alignment.
- Build and promote continuous improvement capability across the organisation.
- Develop practical recommendations supported by data and structured analysis.
- Partner with senior leaders to influence strategic decision making.
- Contribute to enterprise planning and broader strategic initiatives where required.
About You
You'll bring a combination of strategic thinking, consulting capability and hands-on delivery experience.
You'll ideally have:
- 8+ years' experience in strategy, transformation, operational excellence or continuous improvement.
- Experience working within large, complex organisations.
- Previous management consulting experience or a strong consulting toolkit.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- A track record of delivering measurable business improvement outcomes.
- Experience building continuous improvement capability, frameworks or communities of practice.
Highly regarded:
- Financial services or public sector experience.
- Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking or Project Management certifications.
- Postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA.
