Senior EMPO Analyst

Reporting to the Head of EPMO, you'll play a critical role in ensuring portfolio governance, delivery assurance, reporting, and stage-gate processes operate effectively. Importantly, this is not a role where you'll be building a PMO from scratch. The frameworks, governance structures, and supporting resources are already in place. Instead, you'll focus on maintaining and uplifting portfolio operations while helping leaders make better-informed decisions.

The Opportunity

This role would suit someone coming from a PMO Lead, Senior PMO Analyst, Program Analyst, Program Coordinator, Project Delivery Manager, or Project Governance background who is looking to broaden their enterprise exposure and take the next step in their career.

You'll work closely with business owners, function heads, General Managers, project managers, and senior executives to:

• Drive portfolio governance and delivery assurance activities.
• Coordinate stage-gate reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise project frameworks.
• Monitor and report on portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and delivery confidence.
• Support audit activities and governance reviews.
• Produce meaningful reporting and insights for senior leadership.
• Identify issues early and work with stakeholders to resolve them before they impact delivery.
• Coach and support stakeholders with varying levels of project and portfolio maturity.
• Contribute to the ongoing uplift of portfolio management capability across the organisation.About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong governance capability with excellent relationship-building skills.

You'll likely bring:

• Experience in PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Governance, Project Delivery, or a similar environment.
• Exposure to project, program, or portfolio reporting and governance processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence without authority.
• Experience working across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with a "how do we make this happen?" approach.
• The ability to work with stakeholders of varying levels of project maturity and bring people on the journey.
• Confidence engaging with senior leaders while remaining hands-on operationally.
• A willingness to stretch, learn, and grow within a developing enterprise portfolio environment.
