Program Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Director to lead and oversee critical initiatives within our clients organisation. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in financial management systems and VSM, coupled with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage programs focused on optimising financial management systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and improve processes using value stream mapping techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align program goals with organisational objectives.
• Monitor program performance, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Director or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in financial management systems, including implementation and optimisation.
• Expertise in operating model, value stream mapping and process improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
