As Portfolio Transformation Lead, you'll shape delivery strategy, redesign operating models, embed innovative tools including AI, and drive best-practice governance. What you'll do:

As Portfolio Transformation Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a strategic portfolio, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to drive prioritisation, manage dependencies and risks, redesign portfolio operating models, and embed best-practice governance. You'll also champion continuous improvement, leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance delivery, and foster a collaborative, high-performing, member-focused culture.

Lead end-to-end portfolio delivery across a major division, ensuring strategic objectives are achieved.
Partner with senior leaders to prioritise, plan and deliver key transformation initiatives.
Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, resources and delivery governance.
Redesign portfolio operating models, governance and ways of working to improve delivery effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement by embedding best-practice frameworks and AI-enabled solutions.
Provide delivery oversight across scope, budget, timelines and quality.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as the key escalation point for delivery challenges.

What you bring:

As an experienced Portfolio Transformation Lead, you bring a strong background in delivering large-scale transformation programs within complex organisations. You have proven expertise in portfolio management, operating model design, governance, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to lead strategic initiatives from planning through to execution. You thrive in collaborative environments, use data and emerging technologies to drive better outcomes, and are passionate about continuous improvement and delivering value.

Proven experience leading large-scale portfolio or enterprise transformation initiatives.
Strong portfolio, project and delivery management expertise in complex environments.
Experience redesigning operating models, governance frameworks and ways of working.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Strong financial, resource, dependency and risk management capabilities.
Experience delivering regulatory or enterprise-wide transformation programs.
Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies to enhance delivery performance.
A collaborative leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement and member outcomes.
