SAP Product Delivery Manager

• Lead the strategy, governance and delivery of a portfolio of SAP products and services aligned to business objectives.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, enhancement plans and innovation initiatives across core SAP platforms.
• Drive delivery of SAP projects, upgrades and business transformation programs, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to quality expectations.Partner with business leaders, technology teams, system integrators and vendors to prioritise demand and maximise value realisation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and define future-state capabilities to support strategic and operational goals.
• Manage financial planning, resource allocation, risk management and governance across the product portfolio.
• Lead and develop a team of product specialists, business analysts and technical experts.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience leading SAP product management, product ownership or enterprise application delivery within large and complex organisations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP capabilities and enterprise business processes, with demonstrated experience across one or more of the following domains:
  • SAP SuccessFactors / HCM (Hire-to-Retire)
  • SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
  • SAP IS-U Customer Billing & Metering
  • SAP Customer Service
  • SAP Operations and Field Services [
• Strong understanding of SAP product roadmaps, solution architecture and business process optimisation.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong relationships across business, technology, delivery and vendor groups.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale SAP transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, commercial and financial management capability.
• Previous experience within utilities or other asset-intensive industries is highly desirable.
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline, with PRINCE2 and ITIL certifications highly regarded.
