CIAM Project Manager

A leading organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Customer Identity and Access Management workstream within a major transformation programme. This is an opportunity to deliver a high-profile Microsoft Entra implementation and legacy system integration project that will shape future customer digital experiences.

What You'll Do

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of a complex CIAM programme, coordinating business and technical teams across multiple vendors and stakeholders. You will oversee solution design, integration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities while ensuring programme objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver a major release involving multi-vendor coordination, systems integration, and data migration.
• Lead implementation and integration of new and legacy platforms.
• Coordinate schedules across internal teams, vendors, and solution partners.
• Oversee architecture, design, build, testing, and cutover activities.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and governance reporting.
• Drive delivery outcomes through effective planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and collaborative working environment.

What You'll Bring

You are an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a strong background delivering Identity and Access Management or complex systems transformation projects.

Key experience includes:

• 15+ years' experience leading large-scale IT projects, ideally within IAM or system modernisation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms, APIs, integrations, data migration, and CIAM solutions.
• Experience delivering Microsoft Entra or similar identity-management implementations.
• Proven vendor-management experience in complex, multi-party environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong planning and scheduling expertise across digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage technical dependencies while maintaining delivery focus in fast-paced environments.
