• Build and execute the WHS Assurance Framework to audit safe systems of work and measure continuous performance throughout the organisation.
• Conduct comprehensive market scanning to identify suitable replacements for legacy hazardous substance management systems such as ChemWatch.
• Lead the migration process for Safety Data Sheet (SDS) access and hazardous substance manifests into internal digital platforms, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
• Partner with the WHS Systems Administrator to support all aspects of system design, development, post go-live activities, and superuser responsibilities for the Integrum platform.
• Compile accurate data for quarterly and annual executive WHS reporting, ensuring statutory requirements are met with precision.
• Manage State WHS compliance registers diligently, maintaining up-to-date records that reflect organisational adherence to regulatory standards.
• Maintain digital communication tools including SharePoint Gateway and safety/wellbeing event calendars to facilitate effective information sharing across teams.
• Provide expert guidance on WHS management systems implementation, offering support to colleagues during platform transitions.
• Ensure quality audit processes are embedded within WHS frameworks to drive performance measurement and continuous improvement.
• Support web content administration for SharePoint sites related to safety and wellbeing initiatives.
