Presales Consultant
The Company: My client is a global SaaS and technology business delivering AI-powered customer engagement and loyalty solutions for enterprise retailers. Through scalable cloud platforms, data-driven insights and digital innovation, they help businesses create personalised customer experiences and drive long-term growth. The Role: As a Presales Engineer / Solution Consultant, you'll work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering to design technical solutions that solve complex business challenges. You'll lead customer discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery sessions and understand customer requirements.
- Design solution architectures and integration approaches aligned to customer needs.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Prepare solution documentation, proposals and RFP responses.
- Partner with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer outcomes.
- Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and proof-of-concept activities.
About you:
- Experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, integrations and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Experience within retail technology, loyalty, CRM or customer engagement platforms is advantageous.
