- Build and maintain strong relationships with repairers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, negotiating competitive pricing and service outcomes.
- Ensure all repairs meet company standards, manufacturer specifications and relevant compliance requirements through quality assurance processes.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reporting data and supplier performance metrics to support operational decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and supporting best-practice fleet management.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Demonstrated experience in fleet maintenance, automotive repair coordination or a similar operational role within transport, logistics or vehicle rental.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience reviewing repair quotes, managing costs and negotiating with external suppliers.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across internal teams and external service providers.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to safety, compliance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
