What you'll do:
As a Team Assistant within the Executive Office, you will play an integral part in ensuring that daily administration operations run effortlessly. You’ll work as part of a small, high performing and supportive team.
- Coordinate calendar meeting to ensure seamless scheduling for senior leadership
- Assist the Director with formatting, preparing, collecting, and distributing Executive Leadership reports, papers, and meeting materials
- Update various governance registers regularly to maintain accurate records and support compliance requirements.
- Organise meetings and events by handling video conferences, room bookings, set-up logistics, catering arrangements etc.
- Assist with travel arrangements for executives
- Maintain SharePoint and document management
What you bring:
To excel as a Team Assistant in this Executive Office setting, your background will include hands-on administrative experience supporting busy teams or senior leaders within a structured corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative support within a corporate environment
- Exceptional organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal abilities that enable you to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience preparing professional documents and managing document control processes efficiently.
- A solutions-focused mindset that allows you to respond calmly under pressure
- Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
