The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to two senior Partners while playing an integral role in the day-to-day operations of a busy Perth office.
This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You'll be a trusted business partner, managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion while helping to deliver an outstanding experience for employees, clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide high-level executive support to two Partners.
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries.
- Prepare meeting packs, presentations and supporting documentation.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain accurate records and client information within internal systems.
Office Operations & Employee Experience
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Perth office.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor management and office logistics.
- Ensure office facilities, kitchens and meeting spaces remain well-presented and fully stocked.
- Manage office supplies, mail, couriers and invoice processing.
- Liaise with building management and external suppliers.
- Organise catering, meetings, employee events and office functions.
- Assist HR, IT, Finance and internal committees with office initiatives.
- Act as a joint Office Safety Lead, supporting workplace health and safety activities including fire warden and first aid responsibilities.
