Client Experience Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced corporate receptionist or client experience professional to step into a highly visible role within a globally recognised professional services firm. As the face of the Sydney office, you'll play an integral role in creating an exceptional experience for clients, executives and visitors alike. From delivering five star hospitality to ensuring every client-facing space is impeccably presented, you'll take ownership of the front-of-house function while building strong relationships across the business. Working closely with the Office Services team, Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders, you'll become a trusted go-to person within the office. What you'll be doing
No two days are the same, but your focus will always be on delivering an exceptional client and workplace experience.
You will:
- Own the front-of-house experience for the Sydney office, acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees.
- Deliver a premium client experience by welcoming guests and providing exceptional hospitality from arrival through to departure.
- Ensure meeting rooms and client spaces are always impeccably presented and ready for use.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, hospitality requirements and visitor logistics.
- Manage the shared reception inbox and national switchboard enquiries.
- Support reception operations across interstate offices and maintain consistent front-of-house processes.
- Build trusted relationships with Executive Assistants, Partners and key stakeholders across the business.
- Coordinate workplace requests including visitor access, parking, security and general office support.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and continually elevate the client experience.
- Support broader Office Services initiatives and projects as required.
You'll ideally bring:
- 3-5+ years' experience within a corporate reception, client experience, front-of-house or workplace services role.
- Experience within professional services, financial services or another premium corporate environment.
- Confidence interacting with senior executives and high-profile clients.
- A polished, professional and approachable communication style.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to confidently juggle competing priorities.
- A proactive mindset and initiative and a natural ability to solve problems.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance processes and service delivery.
