Business Transformation Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Analyst to support organisational change initiatives with a focus on process transformation.
The Business Transformation Analyst plays a critical role in driving organisational change by analysing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. This position focuses on process transformation rather than purely technical or IT changes. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to develop clear process maps, elicit business requirements, and create user-friendly documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guides, FAQs, and training materials. Additionally, you will contribute to the design and delivery of training programs and collaborate with teams to embed and sustain change outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop "as-is" and "to-be" process maps to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Gather and document business requirements to align with organisational needs.
- Create user-friendly materials like SOPs, guides, FAQs, and documentation for new processes.
- Build strong relationships with teams and partners to foster collaboration and achieve goals.
- Support training programs and ensure changes are effectively embedded into operations.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and governance frameworks while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency across initiatives.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and creating high-quality documentation (e.g., SOPs, guides).
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to build relationships and convey information effectively.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments.
- Experience with process transformation initiatives and embedding change outcomes through training and collaboration.
- Understanding of governance frameworks, AML/CTF compliance, and workplace health and safety obligations.
