M365 Engineer
A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to join a respected not-for-profit organisation based in Brisbane CBD. Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions across the organisation, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Manage SharePoint environments, including site creation, permissions management, and workflow automation to enhance collaboration.
- Develop and deploy Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee cloud technology initiatives with a focus on Azure services, supporting migration projects and ongoing maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for automation within IT operations and business functions, recommending improvements that align with organisational goals.
- Provide responsive IT support to end users, troubleshooting issues related to M365 applications and other digital platforms.
- Contribute to cyber security efforts by implementing best practices and monitoring systems for vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to understand their needs and deliver tailored technology solutions.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides to foster knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress on projects, share insights, and support communal problem-solving.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration facilitates the confident management of complex environments.
- Has a deep understanding of SharePoint supports the creation of sites, management of permissions, and effective automation of workflows.
- Proficiency with Power Automate enables the design of flows that optimize business processes across multiple functions.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services contributes to successful migration projects and ongoing maintenance tasks.
- A strong background in automation helps identify opportunities for process improvement throughout the organization.
- Commitment to IT support ensures prompt resolution of user issues related to M365 applications or other digital platforms.
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices allows for proactive monitoring of systems to address vulnerabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills foster collaboration with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- The ability to document technical procedures clearly promotes knowledge sharing within the team.
- Must be self-directed and able to work autonomously.
