Senior Automation Lead - Infrastructure & Networks

• Design, develop and maintain automation platforms, frameworks and tooling that support large-scale technology environments.
• Build scalable software solutions that streamline operational processes and improve reliability.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify challenges and deliver automation-driven solutions.
• Develop and enhance Infrastructure as Code and configuration management capabilities.
• Create testing frameworks and validation processes to improve platform quality and stability.
• Support the deployment, operation and continuous improvement of automation services and platforms.
• Drive best practices across software development, automation and DevOps disciplines.
• Contribute to technical design, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Validate solutions end-to-end, ensuring quality, performance and operational readiness.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience developing software solutions within infrastructure, network or platform engineering environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, container technologies and modern platform architectures.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages, with strong software engineering practices.
• Experience with source control, code reviews, pull requests and structured development methodologies.
• Knowledge of databases and data management technologies, including experience writing queries and working with NoSQL platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Understanding of testing frameworks, dependency management and software lifecycle practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in Agile, DevOps and continuous improvement environments.
