IT Support & Endpoint Administrator

This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership across L1/L2 support, Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows endpoints, security and device life cycle management. You’ll support users across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia and the USA, while helping keep a growing global environment secure, reliable and well managed. What you'll be doing

• Provide L1/L2 support across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and endpoint issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the organisation’s ITSM platform.
• Configure, deploy and maintain Windows 11 devices using Microsoft Intune or similar platforms.
• Manage the full lifecycle of laptops, mobiles and peripherals, from procurement through to disposal.
• Support onboarding and off boarding, including user accounts, devices and access.
• Monitor endpoint security, patching, encryption, MFA and compliance.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve more complex issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate repetitive tasks.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years' experience in IT Support or Endpoint Administration.
• Strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Intune or an equivalent endpoint management platform.
• Good understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Experience with patching, endpoint security and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, HaloITSM or Jira Service Management.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a global environment.
• PowerShell and automation experience would be highly desirable.
