IT Lead

We are working with a forward-thinking organization committed to leveraging technology to enhance business operations. With a focus on continuous improvement, they are currently undergoing a significant transformation of their ERP system (IFS) to meet the evolving needs of our business. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping their IT strategy and delivering impactful results.

The Role

As the IT Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing aspects of IT operations, including managing their Managed Service Provider. You will also lead efforts to optimize their ERP system, ensuring governance and structure around ERP enhancements and driving integration projects with external solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the MSP for IT infrastructure (laptops, logins, etc.).
• Overseeing the enhancement and rollout of additional ERP functionality.
• Driving integration projects with external systems such as Employment Hero.
• Providing strategic leadership for ongoing data cleansing and system optimization.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Supporting the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with IT governance and strategy.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in IT leadership roles, ideally within organizations using ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms (experience with IFS or similar systems is highly desirable).
• A strategic mindset with the ability to manage both technical details and high-level planning.
• Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Construction/Engineering industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
