Digital Solutions Engineer

What You'll Be Working On

• Design, build and maintain digital forms, workflow solutions and lightweight applications.
• Develop and support automation and integration solutions across multiple business systems.
• Build and maintain APIs, data flows and cloud-based integrations, including solutions using Microsoft Azure.
• Create AI-enabled solutions that help teams access information, streamline work and improve productivity.
• Investigate, prototype and implement innovative digital solutions.
• Contribute to initiatives that bring information, systems and workflows together.
• Test, document, monitor and continuously improve solutions to ensure security, reliability and maintainability.

• What We're Looking For
• A practical problem solver who enjoys building and delivering solutions.
• Hands-on experience with automation, systems integration, application development or low-code platforms.
• Experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Workato, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio or Azure is highly desirable.
• Ability to understand business challenges, evaluate options and deliver solutions from concept through to implementation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Experience within a regulated environment is advantageous but not essential.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required pre-employment clearances.
• Willingness to undertake relevant background screening checks.
• 3+ years' experience in software development, integration or digital solution development.
