Reporting to the Senior Manager, People and Capability, you will be responsible for delivering the leadership capability training programs and practice solutions across the organisation, as well as working on other organisational development initiatives within the People team.

Our client is on the hunt for a Sustainability Coordinator for a 3 -4-month contract role. The ideal candidate will bring a robust environmental background and a keen interest in energy efficiency or renewables projects. This role calls for someone who can work harmoniously with both internal and external stakeholders and managing multiple projects.

• Lead and manage the People & Culture Operations Sub Unit
• Provide specialist employee relations advice and coaching to leaders
• Design and implement work practices and manage workflows safely and efficiently
• Ensure corporate business objectives are achieved to meet current and anticipated changing organisational needs
• Accountable for the work performance including conduct and safety, of reports within the Sub Unit
• Maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, government departments and agencies
