Adelaide Fringe returns for 2026
Adelaide Fringe returns for 2026, with over 1,500 shows across comedy, theatre, cabaret, music, visual arts, interactive experiences, and more. Spread across hundreds of venues throughout South Australia, the festival offers audiences the chance to immerse themselves in creativity, culture, and innovation, from beloved festival precincts to brand-new experiences.
Festival hotspots such as The Garden of Unearthly Delights and Gluttony continue to transform Adelaide’s Eastern Parklands into vibrant hubs of activity, while the West Village hosts nearly 200 events across venues including ILA, Adelaide College of the Arts, Nexus, and The Mercury Cinema.
This year also brings exciting expansions. The Courtyard of Curiosities extends into the State Library and Migration Museum, offering intimate and imaginative experiences, and Fool’s Paradise returns to Victoria Square with a dynamic lineup that makes it a central attraction of the season. Fringe’s Immersive Worlds initiative also introduces a range of digital and sensory experiences, inviting audiences to explore art in new and interactive ways.
The 2026 Adelaide Fringe runs from Thursday, February 20, to Sunday, March 22, with tickets available now. Audiences are encouraged to book early to secure their favourite shows and unique experiences.
Robert Walters proudly returns as a partner of Adelaide Fringe, supporting artists, audiences, and the creative community. To celebrate, they’re running a special giveaway, offering one lucky winner an Adelaide Fringe getaway worth up to $2,500, including accommodation, Fringe tickets, and travel.
