· Auditing and processing discounts, including staff discounts
· Support with Inclusion Support Payments and Additional Child Care Subsidy support and audits
· Support with processing Kindy Funding payments
· Support with management of Family bookings in CCMS, including reviewing/actioning completed sessions
· Liaising with the CCS Helpdesk as required
· Build and maintain quality, trusting, cooperative and professional relationships with the other members of the Business Support Team and key internal and external stakeholders
· Provide creativity, innovation, be proactive, use initiative and offer continuous improvement within the Business Support Team.
· Other adhoc and family account duties as required
