Brothers Rugby Club triumphs in Australian Club Championship

Brothers Rugby Club kicked off the 2024 club rugby season with a remarkable victory, securing their first Australian Club Championship win since 2010. In a thrilling match on Saturday, March 16, Brothers defeated the renowned Randwick District Rugby Union Football Club with a score of 25-18, claiming the prestigious Power Challenge Trophy.

The match, held at Crosby Park, drew a record crowd of over 5,000 passionate supporters. Fans were treated to a spectacular display of interstate club rugby, featuring standout performances from representative players on both sides. Brothers were bolstered by the talents of Reds fly-half Lawson Creighton and Junior Wallabies and Reds winger Tim Ryan, while Randwick fielded 95-cap Wallaby Kurtley Beale in their iconic Myrtle Green.

This victory adds another proud chapter to Brothers Rugby Club’s storied history, and Robert Walters is honored to be a dedicated Premier Partner for the second consecutive year. The club embodies the values of teamwork, integrity, and camaraderie—values that resonate deeply with us and are key to unlocking potential.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Brothers Rugby Club on their outstanding achievement and look forward to an exciting and successful season ahead!  Learn more about our partnership.
