A passion for connecting with people

I've had a diverse upbringing, living in four countries and attending two International Schools before turning 15. With a multicultural background and fluency in three languages, my passion for connecting with people has steered my career path for the past ten years, spanning industries such as hospitality, events, real estate, and now recruitment. 

People are at the forefront of everything I do.

Before I started at Robert Walters, I was working in Real Estate. As a Client Services Manager, I managed a portfolio of 65+ property sales annually, earning recognition as the ARERA Client Services Manager of the Year in 2021. In my last year in Real Estate, I was a sales agent and worked on 11 property sales on Sydney's Northern Beaches. 

To be successful in Real Estate, you need to stay in the same area and know the suburbs and people like the back of your hand. From always travelling and moving, it isn't in my nature to stay still, and I am not ready to commit to one suburb for the next 20 years. So, Real Estate didn’t end up being suitable for my future. 

Introduced to Robert Walters through a friend, I initially pursued a marketing role but ended up embracing the opportunity to delve into a new field. I joined as a Consultant in the Tech and Transformation team.

I have learnt a lot in my role. You have to be creative and personable in your approach with hiring managers. From mastering the art of business development to fostering confidence in client interactions, every day presents new lessons. Guided by a supportive manager, I've not only honed professional skills but also forged lasting friendships within the company and had plenty of fun along the way.

I have met some of my favourite friends at Robert Walters. People who flew to the other side of the world to come to my wedding. 

I moved with Robert Walters from Sydney to Perth and have since changed desks to work in the Procurement & Supply Chain team. Robert Walters supports you to find an area to recruit in that aligns with your own personal interests, and there is room to try new things and grow.
