They are looking to bring on board an experienced Learning and Development Consultant who has previous experience in a large corporate firm. The role will be for a 4 month period initially to assist with a new project but there is scope to extend.

Work as part of a global talent team in a leading tech company. Partner with senior leaders across Australia to deliver end-to-end recruitment. Facilitate training and development, and create proactive talent management initiatives. Lastly, your ability to record data accurately will provide valuable insights to our business.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in varied recruitment tasks, including market mapping and talent pooling for Practice Assistants and Paralegals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for advertising roles, reviewing applications, phone screening, shortlisting candidates, setting up interviews, and coordinating reference checks. This position offers a balanced approach to work from home, with three days in the office and two from home. Potential to go perm.

As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will work closely with the senior leaders to deliver key HR processes and programmes. You will also be responsible for developing HR policies to ensure compliance with local regulations. Your role will encompass the full spectrum of HR responsibilities - from employee relations to employee engagement.
